Bei den Saiten ohne Ball-End sondern mit Schlaufe kann bei der Umwicklung Metall abstehen und man kann sich stechen. Beim Unterstellen der Reiter unter die Saiten kann man sich die Finger klemmen. Die Messingstifte im Reiter sind scharf und spitz, Verletzungsgefahr.
