The pickup you can install yourself

Compatible with all Monolini - Monochord models

We offer 4 different options for retrofitting your Monolini with a pickup:

Option 1 - Pickup for DIY installation, with preamp
Do you already own a “feeltone” monochord and want to retrofit it yourself with a pickup and a preamp? Then choose the “Do-It-Yourself Installation—with Preamplifier” version.

Option 2 - Cartridge for DIY installation, without a preamp 
Do you already own a “feeltone” monochord and have other technical equipment on hand, such as a preamp or mixing console? If so, choose the “Do-It-Yourself Installation—Without a Preamp” version.

Option 3 - feeltone Installation, Pickup with Preamplifier
If you don't feel confident installing the pickup yourself, there is also the "feeltone Installation - with Preamplifier" — just send us your instrument, and we’ll professionally install the system with a preamp for you.

Option 4 - feeltone installation, pickup without preamp 
If you already have a mixing console or preamp and don’t feel confident installing the pickup yourself, there’s an alternative: the “feeltone installation—without a preamp” — simply send us your instrument, and we’ll professionally install the system for you without a preamp.

If the tension is too high, the strings may snap, posing a risk of injury from the loose ends. You can pinch your fingers when placing the saddles under the strings. The brass pins in the saddles are sharp and pointed, posing a risk of injury.
