The small heart bowl produces a warm tone. It has the effect of releasing blockages in children and adults. Its sound can be influenced by the choice of the mallet.

Bolo Singing Bowls are characterized by the unusual shape with the hole in the bottom. They produce intensive and loosening vibrations, which have a stronger and more intensive effect on one's  inside. The hole cut out at the bottom of the bowl also allows an optimal placement on elbow, knee, shoulder joint, as well as on the foot and heel.
