Hazard warning: The
bare ends of the strings are sharp-edged metal that can pierce the
skin. There is a risk of injury when opening the string from the wound
ring. The strings can break, especially if they are stretched, and you
can injure yourself on the loose ends of the strings. In the case of
strings without a ball end but with a loop, metal can protrude from the
wrap and you can prick yourself.
