Our Premium Monochord is not only visiually unique; its clear, warm and full sound also has a very relaxing effect on body and mind. With its fine woods, the Premium Monochord is a real eye-catcher among monochords.

The Premium Monochord Inverse is an attractive eye-catcher thanks to its inverted contrast. The feeling of heavy and light is reversed. This creates an emphasis on the playing surface. On this instrument, the wood types are mirrored to the standard monolina. The frame is made of ash, the soundboard and soundboard as well as the single bridges and handles are made of cherry. The matching stands are made of birch. The dark soundboard allows the strings to shine particularly brightly.

Monochord sound examples - Which tuning suits you?

Which tuning or fundamental tone of the monochord suits you best is very personal. Take your time to feel and listen to which tone resonates with you the most or which tone challenges you to be discovered. Your monochord can always be tuned a semitone higher or lower around the fundamental tone.
