This new Buffalo Drum is covered with a fabric-like drum skin compared to the conventional Buffalo Drum by Remo. The CST drums are rather dry, short sounding with a very soft powerful sound. This makes it a perfect trance drum for long shamanic drum sequences or group drumming. The common Buffalo drums are more timpani-like and thus very exciting when played individually. Weatherproof and washable. On the back is a cross handle out of a nylon string that is comfortable and easy to hold.
