This Native American Style Flute - Condor Bass in B is made of the fine wood of walnut. It is named after the great California Condor, the bird fetish is symbolic of the name.
The hard wood of the walnut (compared to cedar) gives it a clear tone. Its low voice makes it an ideal rhythm instrument for meditative pieces or a pleasant accompaniment instrument (e.g., for the one octave higher "White Tail Hawk in B"). Although it would have a wider range like the other flutes with 6 holes, it sounds best when played over only one octave.
